Residency Project

Movement workshop for youth through which we will develop different dance and theatre tools and exercises to create a space of self-confidence, trust, and motivation. The group will strengthen teamwork ability, interpersonal relations and sense of belonging. On a personal level, individuals will develop self-confidence, body and spatial awareness from a movement perspective, sense of rhythm, coordination, isolation as well as other crucial skills such as concentration, discipline, patience and solidarity. Movement, music, and enjoyment will be the basis in our workshop.
