After studies in the visual arts, Julie Caissie taught at the Université de Moncton. She has participated in artist residencies, and presented her work in several exhibitions. This series of mixed media artworks, framed in driftwood, intersect digital images of Julie’s ancestral home on the coast with abstract markings that illuminate momentary existence.
