Kenneth (Ken) William Johns (d.July 10 2005)

Johns served as an Observer in the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Navy during WWII. He has a career in banking that saw him living in Barbados, Montreal, Ottawa, Dartmouth, St. John's NFLD and Halifax NS.

Following his retirement in 1983, Ken obtained a degree in Fine Arts from Mount Allison University in Sackville NB. 

The subjects of his paintings range from landscapes to ocean scenes. 

In addition to the New Brunswick provincial art collection - collectionArtNB - Johns had exhibitions at the New Brunswick Museum, Saint John Art Gallery, UNB Saint John and also in the UK.
