Following a distinguished career teaching in the public school system in New Brunswick, Paul Mathieson now works full-time focusing on paintings that reflect the human condition and a contemporary focus on ironic references. The recipient of the 2015 Strathbutler Award, his work is in Canadian and international public and private collections.
